Each order is entitled to a FREE PROOF! The purpose of a free proof is to be sure you have not made any mistakes in your submission, and to decide if you would like to make any copy, color, quantity, size or clipart changes, not to decide whether or not you want to place an order (your order is officially submitted once you receive your order number), however, rest assured, we don't limit the number of changes you can make to your proof... you can change and change and change, and then change again!
While you may make an unlimited number of changes to your order, due to the custom nature of each order, all orders are non-cancelable. Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Our signs are guaranteed to be free from defects. Any claims regarding defective materials must be submitted within 10 days from receipt. You must contact customer service at custsvc@cheapmagneticsigns.com to submit your complaint. Any signs returned without an RMA# will be refused.
No credit card shall be charged until the customer approves their proof. Please note, however, that all charges must be pre-authorized for the amount to be charged before any proof is designed.
Once a proof is designed and a Proof Notification is sent, a customer will be permitted 14 days to make changes or approve their proof. If a customer determines that they do not wish to proceed with their order (for whatever reason), a $20 Design Fee may be imposed. In addition, if no response is received by the 15th day after a Proof Notification is sent, a $20 Design Fee may be imposed. If you have submitted your order as a rush, the $10 Rush Fee may also be charged.
Also, please note that we may only wait a reasonable amount of time before we ship your order as you submitted it, so please be considerate in approving or changing your proof design.
